QuickBuild build quality?

Does anyone have any views on the build quality of the quick build kits? I found a post saying they were put together in China which I don't necessarily see as a bad thing but it does all depend on quality control and what processes were put in place. So, anyone who has, or was working on one, have any views on how well the QB kits were put together?
