My Murphy Elite 0320 fixed pitch sensenich prop spinner is cracked. Measures 13” Any idea where to order or find a new one?

Vans aircraft make a fibreglass one which is very popular.

Definitely contact Vans for a composite spinner like mikeh mentioned. Their kit has a nice fit with a little bit of work, comes with all instructions and hardware to install.

BTW, the alum spinner you have was custom made for Murphy back in the day; and most of them ended up cracking.
