Painting

Post by monty777er » Sun Dec 06, 2020 12:32 pm

I've completed most of my Moose however have yet to mate wings or empanage. I still have tips, dorsal fins wing root fairings etc to complete.

My brother in law has offered to paint my aircraft. Is it practical to paint at this stage or should it wait until fully assembled?

Thanks
Monty

Looking good. I would say if you have the pieces done and you’ve had them on the plane and know they fit right and are ready to go, paint away. Especially if he knows what he’s doing and he’s offering and you don’t! LOL it’s a very big job
