Cherry Rivet Puller

Does anyone have for sale or know the whereabouts of -4 and/or -5 pulling nose pieces for the older style ( CR163, CR162) knob stem Cherry Rivets? I'm looking to find ones for the Cherry 704 series hydraulic gun, if adaptor required OK.
