Still waiting to hear from you ......

How's the weather where you are ???

...at the moment, it is looking like we'll hold on until
about 11 am, and decide then - looks like maybe we'll
wait out today, and start tomorrow - same route & plan !

You can email to this list by addressing your email
to: rebel-ramble@dcsol.com

Once we DO get going, we try to update our position
daily, so Ramble info is available at the Ramble Phone:
(905) 457-5238
You will have to wait for 6 rings to hear the message -
and you can leave a message if you want ....

Good Morning Ramblers !

It's been WOXOF - socked in solid fog, here, since O-Dark-Thirty !

I'm leaning to Ken's thoughts ..... We <might> be able to
get out to Iroquois today, and let the rain pass overnight --
but, that "severe weather" forecast worries me .....
Especially since they have been soooo far off this week !!

Maybe all the forecasters are away on holidays ...

Guess we'll hold off a bit ... and await comments
here from other Ramblers. How is it in your corner
of the Province ???

Will try to decide later in am - & let everybody know ...

Yes good tailwinds today.

I am thinking of delaying a day.

Been awhile since I've seen every forecast so far wrong.

At the moment it is clear blue sky directly over Wingham International.
However, there is some partially embedded cumulous (there is some
moderate vertical activity) out to the west.(hard to judge if they
will get here by 3pm or midnight?)
From what I can see of the forecast, it appears to be pretty fuzzy
until you get out past Peterborough. There is still a 30% chance of
moderate Thunderstorms between 1700-2000 utc as well in Peterborough.

My gut feel is wait it out, and get in behind it in the morning if all
looks ok. (although there may be some delays along the way as well?)

It should be noted that Kitchener is still forecasting a 40% chance of
Thunderstorm with possible Hail after 1900
