Count me very interested in the Ramble. I don't know if 254R will be
ready, but even if not, I'd sure like to join someone else at least for
part of the trip. If 254R is ready, as a sport pilot I would need
special permission to fly in Canadian airspace, because the SP ticket
"does not comply with ICAO requirements" and flight outside the US
requires special permissions. Getting permission to fly to Canada is
something I want to do anyway, Ramble or not. Besides, how could Nav
Canada refuse a BC-born Murphy Rebel? :-)
