Almost Ramble time !!

Hi Ramblers !!

Well, the latest Ramble newsletter is in the mail - hope
you get it before the weekend ! Last bits of news, and we're
working feverishly to finish off the last pieces for "The Trip
of a Lifetime" !! Just a few things left, and the Rebel to get
ready ... and packing .... and .... ;-) :-)

We've set a tentative date for the planning meeting for
the Ramble East - Part II ... Saturday, August 9th, at 11 am,
at the RAA-TR Clubhouse at the north end of Brampton airport.
Looks like we'll have a BIG crowd going East, too !! Already
changing a few RON's - looks like a stop in Drummondville,PQ
will be a party night ! Hope to have most of the RON's nailed
down after we meet with the gang in Winnipeg - will send them
out as soon as we can. We're off to Oshkosh after the Ramble
West, so there'll be a small delay ...

We're all set for next weekend - hope to pack the Rebel
on Sunday, finish up Monday, then meet ALL the Ramblers on
Monday night about 6:30 or so at RAA-TR Hangar at Brampton
for the Ramble Kick-Off BBQ Party !! Then an early night (hah !)
so we can head out about 10 am on Tuesday, to Killarney for
a fish 'n chip lunch, then over to Gore Bay Airport on Manitoulin
Island, for supper at The Bluffs Restaurant, and a B & B, OR
the tent ! The rest of the Ramblers who can't get away sooner,
will meet up at Gore Bay on Wednesday morning, and we'll TRY
to cross the border !! Should be an interesting start to this
years Rebel Ramble !!! :-)
