New server

Well, here we go... this is a message to test the rebel-ramble list on the
new server.

I haven't figured out how to import the old messages yet, but I'll leave the
old archive site up until I do.

I put out information in the next day or 2 on how to access the new
system... there's still a lot of work to do, but I wanted to start getting
current messages into the database.
