Nicknames

It is, indeed, an 'honourary' title !! Last Ramble we had
one aircraft named "Beer Wagon", because of its ability to carry large
loads .....

I like "Point It To Alaska" :-)

Hmmmmm ...... Presently in tax arrears .....
(You, too, eh !! :-) )

We'll leave the naming to the group ...

Is this "Nom de L'air" (or whatever) a honorary tiltle like "Dame" , or
"Dumbo" etc etc ?

I don't see that P I T A can be such a bad call sign in that most people
refer to me now as "Dumb Dutchman" or more descriptive variations of the
same theme.

Anyways, P I T A can stand for any of the following:

Pain in the A_____
Plain insufferable total a_hole (This one is close to home)
Pee in the ashtray
Point it to Alaska (bet my GPS could do that for me)
Personable, Intuitive, Tractable, Attractive (this would NEVER fit me)
Presently in tax arrears (that's why I gotta get out of the province)

Etc, etc, etc.

I am sure that you can come up with a suitable moniker for me .

Regards!!

Cris Van

Cris,

You should be careful .... you <could> be the first Rambler
to get a "Nom de l'Air" - and it would be embarrassing to have the
radio call "PITA" !! ;-) :-)

Too bad your wife wouldn't let you come to the planning meeting -
we handed out free samples !! The food bars taste great, are filling,
and can really come in handy when the airport restaurant you planned
on is closed.... (also for breakfast in a hurry)

The Ginkgo & Ginseng really DOES help the memory ... (although
I forget exactly WHY ;-) )

See you at Gore Bay, on the 24/25th (IF I can ever get my
floats off !! - may need them for land if rain doesn't stop !)

I finally figured out how you are financing these excursions all over the
country!!! Can't you find a better way than to sell drugs??? Does
your wife know ? I hope that the RCMP is not monitering your e mails!!
My better half is already feeding me this Gensing stuff to increase my
memory, but she says that so far she is wasting her time. Got anything
stronger? (ha ha)

About those pants that show your lower half----- Can we PLEASE be spared
this abomination!!!! Your legs will NOT turn me on===Now if your wife
were
to______________ O K!!!!!! I hear that the NDP government in B C is
very strict on indecent exposure on the part of the male gender
especially
!!!!

On second thought, I think I will get me some and we'll have a contest to
see who looks the______________ in them new=fangled dudds.

Regards

Cris Van (The P I T A)
