After reviewing my notes in the fuel tank assembly chapter, the directions
don't include the sump drain (CAV-110 & W-159). The part is included in the
kit but not addressed in the manual. This must go on the bottom of the skin,
lower in-board corner. W-159 must be rivetted to the bottom of the skin to
allow the sump to drain properly. Also be sure to vent the tanks with RAM
air
as per Murphy's new system of using a vent on top of the cabin ,,( same as
C170 and C180 ) . Detail of the new ram air vent are at Murphy's WEB site
