Hi!

I crimped the fuselage root rib flanges with Malco's C5 Pipe Crimper and
still
had a pretty good sized warp. I called the company and they said the C1,
which
is being replaced by the C4, crimps deeper. So I ordered it through one of
the
aviation supply catalogs.

In the meantime I made the two cabin top bulkheads (G and H) and fit things
together on the cage and bulhead F. It straightens out fairly well, putting
a
little tension on one cabin bulkhead and a little compression on the other.
I'd say the forces generated are one or two pounds. Once I get the roof on
I
think things will be okay. Do I need to get the fuselage root rib any
better?

Thanks,
Dan

Dan,

As I recall that is about how mine fit after straightring the best I could.
Check when fitting the window as you may have to trim a little of the nose.
(I did) You don't want to put a pressure point on the window.
