As I promised earlier an update on the sealing of my tank ...I've had
the 'glove' inflated for several days now and with the standard rivets I
only had one leak slightly through the middle - a little dap of proseal
fixed it. Should have the wing finished (no tip for now) and put away
within the week. Think the next project will be to cut a foot off the
height of my table. Made it tall to start with and am finding it a
little awkward at times.

I'm still on my first wing but
in those 2 weeks I finished cutting out the tank area of the skins,
deburring
everything on the wings. making and gooping in all the little tank
fittings and
blockages (those little things to fill most of the gaps to the outside
of the
tank.) My proseal which has been in the freezer for several years
seems to be just
fine to. Installed the bottom tank skin last Thur and followed
yesterday with the
top skin. I've done the whole tank with standard rivets as well because
my kit
didn't have the tank rivets. I'll let you know how well it seals in a
day or so

Great news on the wing Wray! My table is about 6-8" shorter than the plans
and it seems fine to work on. I got a little carried away trying to get it
level.
